2. Was diese App verarbeitet

Image to SEO Fields ist eine Shopify-App, die Produktbilder mit Hilfe von KI analysiert und SEO-Felder vorschlägt. Dabei verarbeiten wir folgende Daten deines Shopify-Shops:

  • Shop-Domain (z. B. mein-shop.myshopify.com)
  • Produktdaten: Titel, Beschreibungen, Bildadressen (URLs), Varianten, Metafelder
  • Analyse-Ergebnisse (von der KI vorgeschlagene Felder)
  • App-Einstellungen pro Shop (Ausgabesprache, Zielgruppe, optionaler Prompt-Hinweis)
  • Abrechnungsstatus (Plan, Kontingent) — Zahlungsdaten verarbeitet ausschließlich Shopify

Kundendaten deiner Shopify-Kunden werden von dieser App nicht verarbeitet.

3. Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich zur Erbringung des App-Dienstes (Analyse und Befüllung von Produktfeldern). Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung).

4. Drittanbieter

Zur Leistungserbringung setzen wir folgende Dienste ein:

  • Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, USA) — KI-Verarbeitung. Die Bild-URLs deiner Produkte werden zur Analyse an die Claude-API von Anthropic übermittelt. Anthropic speichert API-Anfragen nicht dauerhaft für Trainingszwecke (Enterprise/API-Policy). Weitere Informationen: anthropic.com/privacy
  • Render.com (San Francisco, USA) — Hosting und Datenbank. Alle App-Daten werden auf Servern von Render in der EU (Frankfurt) gespeichert. Weitere Informationen: render.com/privacy
  • Shopify Inc. — Plattformbetreiber. Die Nutzung dieser App setzt einen Shopify-Shop voraus. Shopify verarbeitet OAuth-Tokens und Abrechnungsdaten gemäß seiner eigenen Datenschutzrichtlinie: shopify.com/legal/privacy

5. Datenweitergabe in Drittländer

Anthropic und Render haben Hauptsitz in den USA. Die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 DSGVO) bzw. des EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Speicherdauer

Daten werden gespeichert, solange die App in deinem Shop installiert ist. Nach der Deinstallation werden alle Shop-Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen automatisch gelöscht (DSGVO-Webhook). Auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch auch sofort.

7. Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Wende dich dazu an die oben genannte E-Mail-Adresse. Du hast außerdem das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren.

8. Cookies und Tracking

Die App verwendet keine Tracking-Cookies und kein Analyse-Tracking gegenüber Händlern oder deren Kunden. Shopify setzt im Rahmen der eingebetteten App technisch notwendige Session-Cookies.

2. What This App Processes

Image to SEO Fields is a Shopify app that analyzes product images using AI and suggests SEO fields. We process the following data from your Shopify store:

  • Shop domain (e.g. my-store.myshopify.com)
  • Product data: titles, descriptions, image URLs, variants, metafields
  • Analysis results (AI-suggested field values)
  • Per-shop settings (output language, audience bias, optional prompt hint)
  • Billing status (plan, usage quota) — payment data is processed exclusively by Shopify

Your customers' personal data is not processed by this app.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Processing is carried out solely to provide the app service (analyzing and populating product fields). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

4. Third-Party Services

  • Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, USA) — AI processing. Product image URLs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic does not retain API requests for training purposes (Enterprise/API policy). See: anthropic.com/privacy
  • Render.com (San Francisco, USA) — hosting and database. All app data is stored on Render servers in the EU (Frankfurt). See: render.com/privacy
  • Shopify Inc. — platform provider. Using this app requires a Shopify store. Shopify processes OAuth tokens and billing data under its own privacy policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy

5. International Transfers

Anthropic and Render are headquartered in the USA. Transfers are carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

Data is stored for as long as the app is installed in your store. After uninstallation, all shop data is automatically deleted within 30 days via GDPR webhook. Immediate deletion is available on request.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Contact us at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The app does not use tracking cookies or analytics tracking for merchants or their customers. Shopify sets technically necessary session cookies as part of the embedded app framework.
